Build the foundation of your faith by reading through Genesis using the Genesis Bible Reading Plan. Go back to the beginning and look at the redemption story through the eyes of Adam and Eve, Abraham, Joseph, and many others.

If you’re like me, you spend most of your time with Jesus reading the New Testament and Psalms. Join me and start at the beginning to create a solid foundation in your faith.

I plan to alternate reading in the Old and then New Testaments each month. This Bible Reading Plan will take you through Genesis in one month but if you take two months, that’s fine too.

You might use another Bible Reading Plan and read through Psalms simultaneously.

I love knowing where I’ll be reading each day.

First, read the Scripture selections for each day, and then, I suggest you copy one verse that spoke to your heart into a notebook or Journaling Page.

Allow these Scriptures to penetrate your heart as you write the verse onto paper. This is a powerful experience that helps you to be aware of God’s presence.

These verses are designed to build your faith in Jesus. Do your part and step into His footprints.

God will equip you to walk in courage and strength each day no matter what’s happening in your life.

This is exactly what you need as you start each day learning to live in close dependence on Jesus!

What You’ll Do:

• Read the chapters!
• Write out one verse!
• Pray about the passage!
• Place ALL your anxiety at Jesus’ feet!
• Allow the Holy Spirit to help you know Jesus better!
• Prepare your heart for the day ahead!

If you’d like, try some Journaling Art! Don’t hold back because you don’t think you’re artistic. As you draw, the verse will be internalized into your heart as you renew your mind (Romans 12:2).

You will be amazed at how God will speak to you!
